VBA Workshop
The IGSS VBA Workshop has been developed for all system designers who wish to acquire a working knowledge of how to use VBA to realize greater functionality and flexibility in their SCADA projects.
If you don't know anything about VBA, you should still consider doing the workshop because the first day is devoted to teaching attendees the basics of VBA - both concepts and programming. You will also be introduced to some advanced features in Access and Excel, which will be used with VBA. If you are already familiar with VBA and the interfaces in Access and Excel, then you simply start the workshop on the 2nd day where you start working with IGSS' built-in VBA editor to construct event chains, reports and more.
Training materials
Training materials will be handed out at the beginning of the workshop and are included in the workshop fee. These include SQL, "VBA and Access" and "VBA and Excel". The workshop alternates between instructor demos and hands-on exercises on the classroom PCs.
Venue
Usually, workshops are held at the training premises of 7T's main office in Birkeroed. On this location, up-to-date training facilities will be at the participants' disposal. Alternatively, workshops can be arranged elsewhere within the national borders. For more information on that matter, please contact training secretary at training@igss.com
