When the end user buys an IGSS license, a free 1-year Support & Update Agreement is included, provided that the end user signs no later than one month from the date of the agreement. When the first year has expired, the end user will pay 15% per year of the current list price of the license.
The end user and the system integrator obtain a number of advantages by signing this agreement.
