Trouble-shooter

The new Trouble-shooter program in version 4 makes it easy for you to correct any errors that might occur during the actual building of a configuration in the IGSS32 design module, which is called Definition.

If the configuration contains errors, the Trouble-shooter program pops up when installation of the configuration is undertaken to inform the designer of what's wrong. Through the Trouble-shooter program, you are then able to jump into the Definition program to the exact location of the error. For instance, if you've forgotten to set an alarm number for an analogue object with a high alarm limit, then the Trouble-shooter program will bring up the object property page for that object so that the correction can be made.

The Trouble-shooter also assists you in tracing the causes of the error by linking the error code to the online documentation via hyperlinks.
