System Requirements

Hardware requirements

  • IGSS requires a Pentium 1 Ghz PC or equivalent
  • Memory requirements are related to the size of the IGSS database, screen resolution and concurrent use of other software packages. We do recommend at least 256 MB RAM in addition to OS requirements.
  • Graphics card supporting true color graphics (min. 24 bit)
  • On a PC running licensed system, 1 free USB port or 1 free parallel port for hardware lock

Software requirements

  • Windows 7, Windows 2008 server, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000 or Windows 2000 server.
  • Microsoft Excel 2003 (only necessary to run RMS, Data to Excel in Periodical Report, IGSS Real-Time Data and Event Report Writer)
  • Microsoft Access 2003 Runtime (only installed by IGSS if full version of Access 2003 is not found on PC)
  • Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) 5.0 (only necessary to run the IGSS Internet Portal)
