Set the sort order

If you want to change the default sort order, use the following procedure:

Select Customize ® Set Sort Order or click $images\ico_sort.gif$ .
Select the column you want to be the primary sort key and move it to the top of the list using the Move Up button.
Select its sort order, Ascending or Descending.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the secondary, tertiary, etc. sort keys.

Tips

To return to the system default, click Default.
You may want to sort the Percent column in Descending order to show the maintenance jobs which are in alarm (100 %) or close to entering the alarm state first.
You can override the sort order defined here by clicking the column headers in the maintenance list.
