To insert an independent multimedia file

1. If necessary, select View ® Drawing Toolbar.
2. Click to insert a multimedia file (*.avi or *.gif). A loaded icon appears.
3. Position the cursor where you want to place the multimedia file and click once. The Open a Gif or an Avi File dialog box appears.
4. Find the file you want to insert.
5. Double-click the file name. The multimedia file appears.
6. Position and resize it, as required.
