Double-click
the standard descriptorA descriptor is the graphical display of an object. IGSS includes many types of descriptors including:
- Built-in standard symbols
- Animated symbols (Symbol Factory library)
- Graphics and animation
- Drawing symbols
- Windows controls
- ActiveX controls
An IGSS object can be represented with different descriptors on different diagrams. or right-click it and select Properties
in the pop-up menu, then click the Attributes
of <descriptor
type> tab, for example, Attributes
of Line.
Find the
property you want to change.
Click here for details about each property.
Double-click
the name of the property.
For most properties,
a selection dialog box will appear, but for simple Yes/No
properties, double-clicking the name will alternate between the two settings.
In the selection
dialog box, select or type the appropriate setting or value and click OK.
Repeat steps
2 - 4 for all properties you want to change.
Click OK.
Note
The number of properties available depends on whether
the standard descriptor is connected to an IGSS object. When connected,
all property groups with a name starting with Bindings ... contain properties which are
directly linked to the current value or state of the connected IGSS object.
