Insert an alarm list descriptor

This is a general procedure. We recommend that you go through the use scenarios to get some inspiration.

  1. Go to the diagram where you want to embed the alarm list.
  2. If the Drawing toolbar is not visible, select View ® Drawing Toolbar.
  3. Activate the alarm list descriptor icon - images\ico_drw_almlist.gif.
  4. Place the cursor where you want to place the embedded alarm list and click once.
  5. Resize the embedded alarm list to the desired size.
  6. Right-click and select Properties.

    7. Click the ? to get details about the individual item in the dialog box.

    If you want to reuse the settings for future embedded alarm lists, select Save as template.

  1. Click OK to apply the settings.
  2. Install and start the configuration to view and test the embedded alarm list.

Make sure that you test the filter(s) you’ve defined.
