Use

Ellipses can be used in two ways.

as independent (static) ellipses on a diagram
as ellipses that are connected to IGSS objects

Ellipses can be connected to all IGSS types.

Example

This example shows how you can connect an ellipse to an analog object. You can then make the ellipse border or background flash when the object is in alarm.

Ellipse properties

To view and change the ellipse properties, right-click the ellipse and select Properties in the popup menu, then click the Attributes of Ellipse tab.
