Choosing report values for an object

For each object in a periodical report, you can choose to show the following report values:

• Total value or Idealized total value
• Reduced value (uses the selected data reduction method)
• Standard deviation

For further information about how the above report values are calculated, refer to the IGSS Reporting System help file.

1. Select the object(s) for which you want to define the report values to show.
2. In the Properties for <object name> group, check the boxes beside the appropriate report values.

• You can only have either Total or Idealized total in the report.

1. Repeat steps 1 to 2 for all objects in the report.
2. Click OK to save your changes and close the dialog box.
3. The report format is now ready for use. Click Next to learn how to test the report format.
