Create a report format
- Select Edit ® Report
Formats.
- Under Report format, click Create.
The Report Format Properties dialog box
appears.
- In the Format name box, type the name of the
report format. This is the name that the operator will eventually see
when he generates a report based on the format.
- Under Report type, choose the relevant report
type (Periodical,
Snapshot
or Alarm
statistics report)
- If you want
the report format to be suggested as the default format to the operator,
check Set as default.
- Only one
report format can be set as default per report type. The default report
format will be clearly marked with a “D”
in the Report Formats dialog box.
- Click OK. The report format name appears.
