Scenario of use

Purpose

To give you a practical example of how the multi-monitor features can be put to use, we've built a small scenario using the built-in Demo configuration. We recommend that you go through this scenario to get acquainted with the features. The scenario is a supplement to the general procedures found in the "How To…" book in the Table of Contents.

The scenario

In the Demo configuration we have three different diagrams from different plant types. This scenario illustrates how we can set them up to be viewed on three different screens. We will use a fourth screen for the Alarm List. We assume that only one operator station has four screens connected, the rest are normal single screen workstations.
