Example of changing colors on buttons
We wish to change the colors on a number of buttons on the diagram called
Plant Types (which is displayed
in the title bar of with the description name of Different
types of plants) in the IGSS Demo configuration.
- Go to the
diagram Plant Types (Different
types of plants).
- Open Property Table View (use either Ctrl-H or find it in the Diagram
menu) and in the tree view on the left under Descriptors
find the Buttons entry and select
it.
- In the table
on the right select the column called Fill
color and it changes font character to bold.
- Right click
in the Fill color cell and a right
click menu appears.
- The default
setting in the right click menu for color is Show
color as number, which we now change by selecting Show
color as color.
- Click away
from the column to activate a refresh.
- The color
of the buttons is shown directly in the cells of the table.
- Double click
on a cell, for instance the cell belonging to Button:
Power @ Plants and the Color
dialog box appears.
- Select the
color required, click OK and the
cell changes color.
- If a series
of buttons is to have the same color, select them all and then click on
the color required.
