Once you have defined a scaling object, you can reuse it as many times
as you like to scale analog or table objects. Click How
To for a step-by-step procedure.
It is recommended to define scaling
objects in the Global area to
make them available in all areas within the configuration.
Preconditions
Before you scale an analog or table object, the following preconditions
must be met:
An
analog or table object with a value range corresponding to the range of
real values in the scaling object must be defined.
The
scaling object must be available in the area where you want to use it.
If you define it in the Global
area, it is available in all areas.
If the scaling object changes
If you change the properties of a scaling object, all objects that are
linked to it will be affected.
