To move objects

Depending on your preference, you can move objects either using the mouse or the keyboard.

 Select the object(s) you want to move, hold down the left mouse button and move the object(s) to the new position.

 Select the object(s) you want to move, then press the Up/Down or page up/page down keys.
The arrow keys move the object(s) one pixel at a time, page up/page down moves it 5 pixels at a time.

Tips

• Use the Group With Symbol command (Format menu) to move the descriptorA descriptor is the graphical display of an object. IGSS includes many types of descriptors including: - Built-in standard symbols - Animated symbols (Symbol Factory library) - Graphics and animation - Drawing symbols - Windows controls - ActiveX controls An IGSS object can be represented with different descriptors on different diagrams. and object caption together. Select the object descriptor when you want to move it along with the caption. The object caption elements can always be moved individually.
