Introduction

A digital object provides a number of features and possibilities. This topic provides an overview of the digital-specific characteristics. For a definition of a digital object, click See Also.

Type-specific properties

Each object type has its own type-specific properties. The digital-specific properties can be viewed on the Change State tab in the object properties dialog box. The most important ones are:

Description

Commands

Shows the two commands 0 and 1 available for standard digital objects. If you define a digital template, you can assign any number of commands and any names you like.

States

Shows the two states 0 and 1 available for standard digital objects. If you define a digital template, you can assign any number of states and any names you like.

Beside the type-specific properties a number of properties which are common to all object types are available from the other tabs of the object properties dialog box.

Viewing all states
