To print a diagram or the whole screen

1 Open the diagram you want to print or arrange the screen that you want to make a printout of.
2 Select File ® Print or press ctrl + p.
3 Select either Diagram or Screen.
4 Click OK.

The diagram or screen will be printed on the default printer. To print to another connected printer, simply select its name in the Name drop-down list in the Print dialog box.

Tips

To preview the printout, select File ® Print Preview and select either Diagram or Screen.
