Change properties for an object

The objects that you include in a report format will be imported with their properties from the configuration. You can, however, change the key properties that are displayed in the standard reports. You may, for example, change the number of decimals displayed in the report.

1. In the Properties for <object name> group, you can change the Description, Unit and Decimals as imported from the configuration.
2. Do one of the following:

• If the report format is to be used for a periodical report, the next step is to choose which report values to show for the object(s). Click Next to learn how.
• If the report format is to be used for snapshot or alarm statistics reports, the next step is to "Test the report format".

• If you later want to go back to the properties from the configuration, simply click Reset Properties to import the properties again.
